「It was a decent place to stay for a few nights. Nothing fancy/ kinda ran down but the stay was comfortable and the manager was very responsive and helpful.」

「Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.」

「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」

「Rooms were clean and comfortable. Suggest a small rubbish bin in each room or toilet. The kitchen needs at least 2 or 3 dish cloths. The plates are too tall for the dishwasher. Would be nice if there was Netflix or SKY to watch in the night. Something to think about. We had a memorable stay. Loved the property and convenience.」

「Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall.」

「Everything from booking to check-in to staying and even check out was such a smooth process. The apartments were clean, spacious, beautiful inside and out! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!!! Quiet area and only 10-15 minutes away from the ports. Vinaka!」

「We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...
