「I had a wonderful stay at Spark By Hilton! The staff was friendly and attentive. I received text messages throughout my stay from staff to check on how my stay was going. 「I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.」

「The price varied dramatically in different calendar days. If staying a few days, no room service unless you need to find out in the front desk, like return broken dish and glass, towel needs to be replaced, no cleaning service until you leave. Good location though.」

「Bathroom had mold in the shower. Telephone was in operable. The coffee did not fit in the extremely cheap coffee maker so you had to sit sideways to make a cup of coffee. There was no tea in the room nor was there tea at the bar the air conditioner sounded like a jet, taking off every hour to pull the room. The menu for Room Service was extremely limited with nothing truly appetizing to choose from the staff all seemed dressed, extremely casually, not professionally as most Marriott I have seen...
