「This property is not at all as advertised - there is no gym, no spa, the food is not high quality and some of the rooms don’t even have curtains. Only a few if the restaurants are functional. The service is slow and it is misleading to describe it as a luxury hotel. I have lost trust in Marriott and Expedia. 」

「Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.」

「I just checked out from resort. It was what I needed, which was quiet are without distractions or noise. Wenie, the property manager, was very attentive. The food was amazing. The service staff, with the exception of one, were great. 」

「Such a beautiful place! My family and I have nothing bad to say about it. We had a great time. The service is amazing, the beach is beautiful (quiet too) compared to other hotels. We stayed in a luxury ocean front suite and it was stunning. It’s super quiet, relaxing, and on the smaller side so if you’re looking for that this is the perfect place. Will definitely come back. Thanks Lee, Roy, and other the lady at the front desk! (I’m sorry I forgot her name) but they were very kind and helpful. 」
