L’hôtel ne disposait pas de climatisation, sans que cela nous soit signalé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable avec la chaleur. Autre point important : l’établissement était présenté comme un 4 étoiles sur le site de réservation, alors qu’il est en réalité classé 3 étoiles depuis un certain temps. C’est un écart important qui influence...

「Absolument rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre, les équipements, le personnel. Tout était parfait. Dommage par ailleurs qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation dans la chambre. Nous avons eu très chaud. Et grosse déception sur le petit déjeuner où tous les produits sont industriels alors qu'il y a assez de producteurs locaux pour proposer des confitures, miels, yaourts, fromages... de la région ainsi que du pain frais 」

We arrived early and they locked up our bags and gave us a map with recommendations of where to tour and eat. The room was large, beautiful and clean. The restaurant was excellent. 「Parking was on the street. Self checking can be intimidating for some. Not being welcome by real people is not so nice I think. Other similar hotels had very nice and welcoming staff. 」

When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. 」
