「Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.」

「We stayed here for 1 night, as we were attending an activity nearby. When we checked in, the woman behind the desk never made eye contact with us. She looked directly at the computer screen, pointed to the credit card reader...never once looked at me. She did inform us that the ice machine was broken and that there were vending machines to get cold drinks. We went to our room, and were greeted by warm air and a strong musty smell. We turned down the AC and went to dinner. Came back later...

「The room was pretty much what you’d expect for the price. The floor made our feet black, and for some reason there was cat food all over the floor. Some of the outlets didn’t work, and neither did the hair dryer. Other than that, everything was fine. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable, which was the most important.」

「This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities.」

「The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

「Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out.」
