「It’s a very old property!! If you enjoy antiquities, this will serve you well.. The food at their restaurant is average, nothing to scream about!! The location is very nice, with the trees and landscapes..」

「The room seemed to be clean but the toilet kept running and we had to go into the tank and fix it. It still didn’t work right. There was black mold in the shower calk. The place needs an overhaul. The one good thing is that the hotel is near 287 highway.」

「The property was fine, but the cleaning staff was incredibly loud for over 2 hours in my hallway even asking multiple times to quit letting the doors slam, etc. They took my used towels but didn’t put clean ones back. I asked cleaning person for some wash cloths and she said they had none. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. The cleaning staff needs to be more aware of people in their rooms.」

「Very dated room, old loud refrigerator with painted touch ups, very dated looking bathroom, dirty parking garage with people hanging out smoking and drinking. Not a pleasant environment」

「Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

「Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.」

「Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return.」
