「被分配到頂樓小房間，房間內部跟照片完全不一樣，空間較小且陰暗；5月住沒冷氣、只有一扇對外窗，半夜熱醒幾次。馬桶沖水有點故障水流不停。 優點：有漂亮花園跟氣派大廳、備品齊全、櫃檯服務態度好。」

「The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was just a short drive to Chatellerault. Difficult to access. Apparently the reception does not open till 5 on a Friday. We understood it opened at 12 every day. Also when we removed the plug to let out a basin of water it flowed all over the floor underneath the basin. There was no air conditioning so it was very hot.」

「Staff very helpful, breakfast had loads of choices which were excellent. Very pleasant surroundings x An ice machine would have been gratefully received, when we asked for ice we were given some without hesitation, we would have liked more but felt it was too awkward to ask for more.」
