「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「This hotel is right by the interstate so there is some traffic noise but it is very convenient to get back on the road in the morning. There's some remodelling going on but it didn't impact us, as we were only there for one night. It was affordable with comfortable beds, good breakfast and clean. It's best feature, though, is Charles. Charles was at the front desk when we checked in & found we had double-booked rooms. 「⭐ 1 Star — HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a vacation was completely ruined by our stay at this Super 8. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom sink had cigarette burns, there were no screens on the windows, and we saw multiple bugs throughout the room during our stay. On our last morning, I actually woke up with an ant in the bed. There was no ice bucket in the room....

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest.
