「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Week before our stay, we received a message that they were no longer offering breakfast. Our TV didn't work but the front desk person came in and at least got it to turn on but the remote would not power it on or off and the volume button didn't work. It had a fridge, microwave and iron that worked fine. The heater and AC did not work and neither did the blow dryer. The bed was OK but the floors had stuff permanently stuck to it.
