「對於自駕遊嘅旅客．這是一個很好的住宿。15分鐘車程可以找到很多美食。酒店歺廳內有自助早餐，每位收費AUD25,雖然食物選擇不多，只有腸仔。煙肉… 6款熱食，但煙肉做得出色。冇限咖啡菓汁添飲，這個價格很不錯。所選的是三人房，與相片提供間格一樣。房間簡潔，只是因為地毯略為扣分。浴室水壓很好。是在澳洲找到比較好的一所。整體算是尚好，下次會再入住」

「My wife and I liked the very friendly treatment by the manageress and the location of the accommodation in a natural setting. We did not like the omission by the booking agent "expedia" to advise that a fee of $16.68 will have to be paid to the bank for transferring AU$ into a foreign currency. 」

「We had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. 「這酒店是我少數住過最令人安心、愉悅的好酒店! 旅遊住酒店，除了選擇地點及配套設施外，我更着重''人''的關係!今次選擇了可以能利用Club Lounge這種房間, 真的是好極了! 由第一天就感覺非常良好......前枱櫃檯職員有禮、敏捷、解釋清楚、有耐心、樂於幫忙；房務部門員工由上至下都笑容可掬、熱誠幫助、有禮待人、打掃用心，有關房間內的一切要求都能極力配合；酒吧及餐廳的服務更是令人窩心、員工彬彬有禮、熱心幫忙，尤其是在Lounge吃早餐時，當值員工Yumin知道我有食物敏感時，會細心幫我查核那些食物我可以吃、那些不能，更主動提議一些特別我可吃的健康食物, 真的讓我每天都吃得好安心! 謝謝Yumin! 旅遊時能找對一間優質的酒店去住宿是最重要的......感謝Parkroyal Parramatta Hotel的全體工作人員，讓我們有着9晚10日的輕鬆愉快假期! 謝謝! 我們一定會再來啊! 極力推薦這酒店給大家!」

「The hotel is quite close to a large shopping mall, where you can get everything you need. It is not far away from the train station. The room is clean. The bathroom and TV are large.The room also has cooking utensils. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Definitely will book it again when I visit Sydney again.」
