「Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. 「Die gebuchte Villa, ist sehr groß, leider nur für 4 Personen. Eine größere Villa für mehrere Personen gibt es nicht, und für Besteck und Geschirr müsste man hier nachzahlen. Sonst hast man immer eine leere Küche. Das Pool war leider nicht sauber, und der Wasserfilte, pumpe war nicht mehr betriebbereit . Die Villa ist leider in die Jahre gegangen, so dass einige Bereiche defekt und verostet sind. Dennoch zu den positiven Punkten, ist die Villa in einem ruhigen Ort, und hatten den Privatstrand....

「We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. 」

「It was pretty nice hotel. The staff at the entrance supported everything from renting mortar cycle to booking a bus to Hanoi. They have full view of the beautiful Samson beach, recommend booking a room with balcony. A solid 5 stars to this hotel. 」
