"Lovely friendly staff and a great location"

"Staff were so kind, so helpful, always smiling and willing to help. Things in the area can be quite expensive so plan ahead and bring cash. The pathways on the property can also be quite slippery. The bed was so comfortable and the views are spectacular. "

"Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. We woke up to a stunning view every morning and the breakfast included was phenomenal. We rented motor bikes on site to drive into the villages (which I highly recommend) and found some amazing spas and local cuisine. Huge shoutout to Nhung who was so wonderful to chat to at dinner about local customs and history. While there are other resorts in the area that are also nice, we will 1000% be coming back and recommending Hanasa Pu Luong Resort again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. "Our stay was wonderful. The room was lovely and such a comfy bed. Mosquito nets were supplied. View out the windows was amazing and such a peaceful space to spend the hottest parts of the day. What really made our stay was the lady who runs the place!! She was so amazing and makes delicious kumquat tea and great breakfast. During our stay I had to go to the hospital. She went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable before it reached the point where I had to go and even came with us to the hospital to help translate and make sure I was okay. She made our whole experience of a hospital in a new country so much less scary, which made a huge difference. Over all a wonderful experience in a beautiful place, I’d highly recommend it to anyone. 💓"

"We enjoyed a three night stay at Mai Chau lodge. As the lodge was quiet being mid-week, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The local food offered in the restaurant was lovely. As options in the town were a bit limited we ate there every night. Location was excellent for visits to the outlying villages- all in an easy walk or cycle. Best of all were Ninh and her staff. Always friendly and eager to help and offer advice. "

"The views from the rooms and pool exceed all expectations. The property staff were friendly and helpful, arranging tours and taxis for us as required. Decent buffet breakfast and open for drinks and meals in the evening. Lovely environment. "
