「Staff were so kind, so helpful, always smiling and willing to help. Things in the area can be quite expensive so plan ahead and bring cash. The pathways on the property can also be quite slippery. The bed was so comfortable and the views are spectacular. 」

「Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. 」

They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. 「This location is exceptional in every way. We were welcomed with a smile, suitcases carried to our beautiful room with an amazing view on the third floor. The room was very comfortable, very clean with all amenities. The grounds are nothing short of spectacular, 2 pools, lush gardens. The entire property looks over rice fields. The restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend staying here, we stayed a total of 5 nights.」
