"Amazing hotel with the bestest of service. The owners were beyond nice and the staff was the most enjoyable and professional. Great experience and would definitely stay again. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi speed."

"My mom and I just stayed here for three nights and LOVED IT!!! From the staff, to the cleanliness of the hotel and to the food options. Outstanding. Literally perfect, no notes."

"Amazing property would stay again"

"The hotel is in perfect location with lots of shopping and restaurants on site."

"Great place had a really lovely time"

"Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...

"Pros: Warm water pools (3 of them), sugar white powdery sandy (absolutely no sea-weed) beach with warm sea water better than the Maldives, Maasai shops next to the hotel and in the village within walking distance, large roofed restaurant with seating on white sandy floor, plenty of beach loungers, friendly restaurant staff Cons: Dated rooms, water leaking from shower to rest of the washroom which they could not repair after multiple attempts"

"A lovely place. Quiet and very well organised. "

"Amazing service, food, amenities and attention to detail. Best place I've ever stayed."

"- Service / assistance: great service rendered by friendly and attentive staff, esp. Jacob - Accommodation: quite spacious luxury tent, however no proper separation of living and bath rooms. This should not be a problem for couples though - Safari: extensive tours with lots of different animals to see. Very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide staff. Special thanks to Alfred and Isaac - Food: tasty ranging from traditional African to European cuisine"
