"The hotel room is a little out of date. The service was ok but not enough. We stayed in a family room and people with young kids were running around until 12:30am and we called the front desk twice. Each time, the family was quiet for 10-40 minutes and then ran around and moved desk/chair again. It was frustrating and tiring. The hotel should not arrange people with young kids on the top floor and if they do, they need to reinforce the quiet rule. The experience was not good at all. The shower...
