「It was a fantastic stay. We loved the rooms, which were jungle cabins, because they were in the middle of the jungle. The sound of the waves crashing into the cliffs was amazing, and the birds were singing. It was a wonderful setting next to the beach.」

「A beautiful setting along the south western coast. Small roads lead through a few villages to an isolated setting along the ocean. Villas are sturdy, comfortable, spacious (probably a bit more than necessary) and well equipped. WIFI works but a tad slow. The grounds, pools and public pavilions along the waterfront are quite nice. Landscaping is high quality. The rstaurant (The Lily) is very good and has an excellent small bakery attached. Enjoyed our stay. Will return.」

「The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful.」

「The property is in a gated community, one of about 20 bungalows/houses, 90% privately owned. The one we stayed in is also for sale, the agent makes a little extra cash by listing it. It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day.」

「The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge.

「Fantastic place for glamping. The huts was very modern, well designed and clean, with an authentic feeling if being in the middle of the jungle. It was a wonderful place to be remote in the jungle but still have the luxury of comfort. We even saw fireflies at night, which is a really good sign of how well they take care of the land. The food was also really good.
Despite having a wonderful stay, there are two take aways to know before going. Which we wish we knew, to be more prepared:

「We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. 」

We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness.
There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff.
The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose...
