「This property is very dilapidated and could use a lot of renovations. First room we got, the tv wasn’t working. The 2nd room had some kind of stain in the corner and smelled like smoke. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place, but at that point, we were too tired to be moved again. I spoke with another guest whose first room was already occupied and they walked in to a naked man and their second room had a large blood stain on the rug. First time here and definitely the last time.」

「Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. 」

「Lovely hotel. Amazing location. Gorgeous views. Breakfast was good continental. It rained hard and we had some water leaking in the door from the back deck. Mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out. Could’ve posed a Could’ve posed a slipping hazard.Otherwise, I would’ve given five stars. 」

「Front desk check in was quick and staff very friendly. The road noise was a bit much for me while trying to get to sleep but, if you live in a city I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal. Overall, good experience.」

「The Patio King is listed on Expedia as 1 bedroom...but it had 2 bedrooms, which is all i needed. Please refund the second Patio King charge which I paid for and did not use.」
