「We always book a night or two at Bay Gardens Beach when in town. We come back because of that at home feel. I love the coffee service and meal options. It would be nice to see an investment in the pool area. 」

「My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
