「During our last stay we needed the room cleaned last minute, they were quick and helpful.」

「We always love to stay at Holiday Inn, but this past visit our bed was slanted and very creaky. The crib we were given for our baby had broken bars and the shower had very little pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool (though those pool towels are very tiny and don't dry you at all). The free breakfasts are always a must, but the waffle maker was also broken... (See a pattern here?) The room stayed nice and cool, the tv worked well, the car stayed...

「The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The exterior of the hotel was giving old and in desperate need of a makeover! I’m glad I decided to stay there! The price was also wonderful.」

「You get what you pay for so I can’t complain but the staff seemed a bit confused.. I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée. The room was what I expected to be at least it was clean but I checked out...

And show the management worker that i paid $63.55 for the room online the confirmation number 73337227501820 and the to explain and the office manager informed me that they don't accept online reservation online. So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans...
