"I paid for the express service to wash my clothes, it indicates to get them back in 3 hours. I checked out two days later and did not manage to get them back. The hotel staff: `Eka from the Front Office Department`` reached out afterward, send me a picture of the package, and was going to charge me to send them back to my home address. It has been a month now, the clothes still did not arrive and the WhatsApp number got silent. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! "
