"Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is. However when we checked in we were told it is not, there is cafe nearby that does it and opens early but the advert should be corrected. "

"The room was slightly stuffy and couldn’t change the air con settings very easily. Other than that everything was spotless, the staff were helpful the lady who booked us in was great and ordered me a taxi for a specified time. A very pleasant stay."

"The spa was inviting and the staff very good. Made to feel comfortable and the treatment was great. The pool area was okay and while we did enjoy it we just feel it lacked an intimate atmosphere as was a gym club. Definitely could have done with either drinks service for guests or a bar. However we enjoyed our stay and would go again "

"Hotels a bit run down, heating in room was all turned off and took ages to warm up. Hot water in shower was intermittent going from boiling hot to freezing cold. Breakfast options were low quality other than the cooked breakfast which was small servings, didn’t even have a coffee machine to make Lattes etc. "

"Arrived early evening looking forward to having a meal after a long drive to find out that there is no food service for the length of my stay. I feel this should have been made clear at the time of booking. Although not the Half Moons fault, there was no WiFi available due to a damaged phone line caused by road works. As I was on a business trip this was compulsory as the phone signal in the area is next to null. The room was comfortable and clean, only complaint with the room is the boiler that is situated in the bathroom continuously switching on and off which was noisy. "
