「1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

「Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again 」

「We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. 「Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. 」

「Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. 「We couldn’t get into the room as the key was not where we been told. Communication was poor and with delays. From door code didn’t work (we went out and come back around 3am and the door lock was not working!) there was another people coming after us and they was loud shouting and playing music! Couldn’t sleep! Apartment itself was smaller than we imagined. 」
