「The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work.」

We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!」
