The best member of your staff was BY FAR Pushpa. She was kind to my children, caring when we were ill, she always helped us promptly and she never asked for anything in return. No tips or reviews. She is your jewel. If I could leave her 20 reviews, one for every night i stayed I would. She worked the hardest and made our trip the most comfortable. Separately, the manager Syed Ubaid was wonderful in promptly responding to requests. I WISH you could teach other staff to have more common sense, remember requests and respond promptly. Other front desk staff would regularly forget our requests, never come back or generally didnt seem to have common sense. Also at breakfast, Mir, Izma, Qasim were always attentive and helpful - we wish to give them a special thanks. Also a final shout out to X for immediately helping whenever our hands were full with the children.

My stay was exceptional. The room was kept in great condition by housekeeping, front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, guest services was attentive and warm and the cafe staff was friendly and on point with service. A few names I want to specifically highlight: Muriel Parin Christina Moezzah Momal Ubaid Daim Jibran Mariam These individuals made my stay outstanding and are to be commended highly. This is a great hotel, with an amazing staff. 10 stars!

Good Marriott property. Room was clean and comfortable and had been recently updated. Has a nice vibe overall. Only are of improvement is the food. Breakfast was just ok and also lacked variety and didn’t seem fresh. Same for lunch buffet. Overcooked and sitting out for hours. Nothing freshly prepared. Suggest some work on the overall food strategy.

First off, they have world-class customer service! We stayed in an executive level room, and the service we experienced in the executive lounge with Areej and Faysal is second to none! These two deserve awards! My biggest fear was taking a cab in Karachi. The car rental staff Maaz and Arif eased all of our concerns and provide us with some very reliable drivers and fantastic vehicles! Special shout out to Raheem! The man picked us up from the airport, took us to many and fulfilled all my mom’s wishes even by taking her to her old neighbourhood of Nazimabad! Thank you so much for giving my mom those memories. The restaurant staff, especially at breakfast. These guys fulfilled one of my wishes, including having sheermaal and taftaan for breakfast!! Staying here feels like visiting family. I mean it the hospitality is second to none. The only issue we had was the original room we were provided… Had someone smoking cigarettes on the floor. It was resolved by moving us to a different floor… but it’s concerning that it was a non-smoking floor, and this was allowed to carry on. Having said that, I will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely shocking service, I had to go down and complain 4 times as they had building works going on next door to our room and we could not get the rest and sleep that we should get after a long flight. The breakfast buffet also gave me and my family food poisoning.. I had friends that came after a few days in the same hotel and they also had very severe food poisoning. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.. If you do stay there, stay away from the breakfast
