We stayed at P.C. Karachi for eight nights as a family of five and had a wonderful experience. Airport pickup was timely, safe, and comfortable. The front desk made check-in seamless, and the concierge kindly held our luggage when we arrived early. Breakfast at Marco Polo was excellent with great variety—especially the chai, which we loved. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. We booked two rooms, added an extra bed at a very reasonable cost, and found it quite comfortable. Grapevine Café was great for snacks and chai. Laundry and garment pressing services were extremely helpful during the busy wedding season, and housekeeping ensured we always had fresh towels and toiletries despite our irregular schedule. Overall, a fantastic stay—we didn’t want to leave!

The hotel shows a bit of age but is well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering both local and continental choices that were fresh and delicious. The Executive Lounge was a great addition — with a nice selection of small bites, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. The staff were friendly ( I will mention Abdel from breakfast service area) and attentive across all areas, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you’d want to explore. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for the experience.

It was very pleasant staying at PC Karachi, staffs was very efficient and friendly, gentleman at reception Mr Imran was very polite and friendly. Room was very clean and staff did cleaning every day, gym was very nice and well maintained, nothing to shout. Breakfast multiple options and enjoyed with delicious meals. We had dinner at Chandni restaurant and didn’t like the food, we were expecting typical Pakistani cuisine with taste and flavour but unfortunately food let down by lack of taste and variety although staffs was very polite and friendly.
