「家族５人で５泊しましたが、滞在中はとても快適でした。コンビニも徒歩１分くらいにあり、繁華街も近いので、外食も不自由しませんでした。ただ、チェックインの時のモニター端末の音量が小さく、係の人の声がほとんど聞こえない感じになってました。また、２つの端末のうち、1つは壊れていて、使用不能のため、かなり時間を要してストレスでした。エアコンの一つがほぼ送風のみで１６度に設定しても冷えませんでした。直したほうがいいと思います。」

「This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake.
