「I booked a room labeled as breakfast is for free. But I was stunned by hotel staff that this not true. And the label (free breakfast) means it’s for free after you pay for it!! The lead staff said there are differences between (free breakfast) and (breakfast included) ! I didn’t argue for a long time because I was coming from +20 hours trip. Anyways?
