「The property needs major repairs, the booked cabin we reserved was not available and this is the second time this has happened. Hot tub had freezing cold water again. Poor cleaning and old rundown cabin along with everything in it. It’s under new ownership and unfortunately it seems like saving every penny is their priority and not an investment property. 」

「2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. 」
