「I reserved a king bed but had to settle for 2 small queens. Place was noisy. Front desk help were not helpful. Breakfast was minimal and unattended when busy. Highly disappointed.」

「From the moment we walked in the place smelled like cigarette although there was sign that said no smoking. The elevator was out of service, as we walked in the room it smelled musty the bathroom was super dirty. There was a dirty wash cloth over the shower head, microwave and mini fridge were super dirty. The last night we stayed there the room next to us had some crazy person just screaming had to call front desk twice to say something to him. That was the only positive thing I could say that...

「Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. 」

「Short stay for me. Booked the hotel after 11pm, got there after 12am. Left at 6am. Only issue was I had no body wash and lotion (bottles were empty) so that was disappointing. May have had to do with the fact that it was a super last minute booking on my part. Other than that it was no problems and I didn’t really need anything, just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Room was very nice as was the bathroom. Staff was kind and helpful.」
