「A great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. What I did not like was having to ask for room service regarding of emptying trash, replenishing towels and wash cloths and making the bed, particularly, changing the linen.」

The elevator was out of service, as we walked in the room it smelled musty the bathroom was super dirty. There was a dirty wash cloth over the shower head, microwave and mini fridge were super dirty. The last night we stayed there the room next to us had some crazy person just screaming had to call front desk twice to say something to him. That was the only positive thing I could say that...

「Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. 」

「Had an issue with my EXPEDIA reservation that was made at least 8 weeks in advance!! The staff at the hotel were wonderful!! Expedia NEVER alerted the hotel about my reservation, even though I have an e-mail that says so, the staff could not find it anywhere. So they luckily had a room for me , so they accommodated me & charged me the same as my reservation quote. No issue with the staff, my issue is with Expedia..Now I ave to argue about getting a refund from them. The hotel was great, a tad...

「Upon arrival staff did greet and was helpful even though my flight was extremely delayed. It did have a weird smell in the room but the room was clean. My shower drained slow meaning it had standing water while showering. The thermostat read 68 but it was a bit warm in the room nothing that stopped me from resting. Check in and out was easy.」

「After reading previous reviews about this hotel I nearly cancelled. Im so glad I didn’t. The hotel was lovely it’s been refreshed, I have no complaints what so ever. Considering it’s next to the airport it was quiet, the rooms were clean, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel.」
