「We always prefer to stay at Scoodic Motel. It’s quiet and easy to get to restaurants.」

「Booked last minute. Front desk was very pleasant even with my late arrival. Checkin was fast. Donuts, coffee and yogurt in the morning in the main lobby. Very quiet and no trouble sleeping. I’d stay here again.」

「A convenient location and clean. The room was uncomfortable as it was an attic with several dormers, especially when the cost per night was in excess of $600. Another surprise was we had to pay for our breakfast ($25/person) when the room was advertised as a bed and breakfast. I would not stay there again.」

「We don't expect much when we check into a motel, but this one so exceeded our expectations that we were actually sad we couldn't stay more than one night. The enormous room had a couch, easy chairs, a nice table, and plenty of room for all of our luggage. The view of the bay could not have been nicer—what a wonderful surprise! We were very comfortable and enjoyed a relaxing evening on an otherwise very hectic trip. We highly recommend this charming hotel.」

「It’s a beautiful historic property. We were greeted on arrival and given great information about the area. It’s a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, temperature controls were available and felt very private. We did not get to enjoy the onsite cafe but will look forward to it next trip.」
