Kennedy House

"I liked the balcony and the staff were excellent. However do note, there is on Friday night and Saturday night a singer playing below you which is okay, but the weekends are busy. And there was some people having a rousing discussion on our floor in the next room at 1 am. However, the ceiling alarm went off Friday afternoon after we checked in for two quick chirps so it stopped after that and we figured all is good. Then on Saturday night at about 3 am it went off again twice with two chirps and that wasn’t so good. Perhaps you could attend to that as it was some sort of problem and when we checked out I didn’t mention that but I should off. The location is the best in St Andrew by the sea and the staff were wonderful."

"The view was worth all of it. Comfortable beds. Room had fridge, micro, large Kruig and coffee., and a stove. Gas grill on deck. Awesome! Only thing it doesn’t have is a sink to do dishes. They do provide wash tub, though."

"It's a very well maintained inn / abnb, we just needed a good night's sleep and Europa Inn gave us more than that. We didn't know the front desk closes at 6pm when we arrived at 8pm,but the staff came to open the door when we called. Also staff was very helpful, we needed some cutlery and he was able to help us find it. Room was very, very clean. It was a bit small and quite dated but it didn't bother us for a good night sleep. Thanks!"

"It’s a beautiful historic property. We were greeted on arrival and given great information about the area. It’s a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, temperature controls were available and felt very private. We did not get to enjoy the onsite cafe but will look forward to it next trip."

"This was the perfect bed and breakfast— clean, quaint, comfortable and just a block to Water Street where there are great restaurants, shopping and the Wharf. I would definitely stay at the Inn on Frederick if I get the chance to come back to precious Saint Andrews."
