「It was okay for just spending the night. The beds were clean. Breakfast is good. It does not have an elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs. It is hard to park. Our shower was dirty and towels had stains. Trash on the hall floor was there from Friday to Sunday. Road noise from I 85 is loud and we could hear people talking outside past midnight. Both ladies working the desk were kind and helpful.」

「Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great...

Make sure you check in on Friday if you're actually a Saturday check in because their office staff is not available and they do not answer the phone after hours nor is there any help from the website. Had to make other housing arrangements due to bad communication.」
