「It is a central location for local things, stores, shops, food. The downside is according to front desk their systems dont talk with Expedia, they lost your reservation because it was booked 3rd party, they tried giving us the wrong room, the carpets in the halls are a tripping hazards, no access to the gym, the jacuzzi in the room didn't hold water and after use would turn on by it's self. The breakfast was ok and buffet style.the elevators were broken.the AC was super loud in the room, could...

「Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet.」

「The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter).」
