「Solo contesta in robot. Reservé por error de ubicacion, lo reporte de inmediato y no hubo forma de hablar con alguien para cancelarla, cambiarla y queria el reembolso. Me sentí totalmente robado por ustedes. Hable 10 o mas veces con expedia, que me dijeron que seguro harian el reembolso. Y el hotel solo contesto como robot. De ya te cobré y no les importó nada. Los considero abusivos, y si les digo que solo me robaron mi dinero. Lean sus letritas que te van a robar y no te haran ningun...
