We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. The area was really smart and had a real village feel, with loads of good restaurants all around. If we return to Bergamo we would definitely stay in the same place.

The room was ok. The hotel position ideal for Atalanta football. There were no curtains meaning light in the room at sun up , spoiling ones sleep. There was no coffee to drink. The single bed was not made up meaning my pal and i had to share for rhe first night. Breakfast was adequate , continental in the room which was not what i expected.

We enjoyed our stay here although when we arrived we ended driving past it three times before we worked out how to access the parking lot. Once located, the Residenza Del Borgo proved to be a great place to stay, with large room and wonderful breakfast each day. We'd happily stay here again.

We stayed here one night - mainly to go see Atalanta v Juventus - 5 mins from Gewiss stadium - also only a 15 min walk to Citta Alta so great safe location. Room / Shower great and a fresh (self service) breakfast delivered to your room - Recommended.

Nice and Clean

Great place, super clean and breakfast a nice touch! Sound proofing was not the best but fine with ear plugs. Run by an organisation that suppprts people with learning disability. Recommend.

Fantastic and comfortable

Best place i stayed in by a long shot in Italy, the room was self check in , the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable , there was some noise from the street at night but not too bad , I would stay here again, it really felt like a great place to base myself in Bergamo , the staff were very helpful and lovely people

This was a great location on a quiet street that had numerous restaurants and bars but didn't feel busy. The check-in was sent ahead of time, so our very late arrival was not an issue. Parking was a little odd but once we figured it out it was very easy and secure. The breakfast option was just right. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this location.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, especially considering it offers parking in a busy city location. Recently renovated, stylish modern interior. Spotlessly clean.Comfortable beds and bedding. We loved the ethos of its being run as a social project for the independent living of disabled staff. Kitchenette for (very limited) self catering but lots of cafés & restaurants close by. Be prepared for self check-in with code and keypads on all access points. Might not suit everyone.

Comfortable apartment

Comfortable apartment. Some distance from station. Well equipped with breakfast delivered to room. Only able to stay one night but seems to be in a nice area with plenty of options for eating out.
