「I love staying at the iconic Big Texan. Staff is always nice & ready to help. The rooms on site are clean & everything in working order. There’s an RV park with a pool just a couple blocks away that you’re allowed to go swim at. Parking on site . Parking in back for semis & horse trailers w/ turn outs for horses! Of course there’s the BIG TEXAN STEAK HOUSE right across from hotel! So come on yall & enjoy a lil Texas hospitality and a sound sleep!!」

「Very clean room, breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the excercise room, pool and hot tub. We stay across from the elevator and the room was quiet.」

「The staff was excellent, the room was clean but it is old. The rooms could definitely use a freshen up. Clean but old bathrooms. Fridge noisy.」

「Bathroom door would not close. Very little breakfast food available; no coffee, only waffle mix available, what was there was not something one would want to eat. No noise/sound dampening. Very noisy all night long - folks arguing, baby crying, and noise from the parking lots.」

「The lobby looked great, once you walked to the hallways where the rooms are located there was bags and bags of trash lined up in front of the room doors. Front desk staff not very friendly, seemed to be bothered by checking people in. The maintance staff tried helping but did not have the same access as front desk staff to provide information/receipts. Carpets in halls look like they are never vaccumed as well as the elevator. Elevator walls look like they are never wiped down. No parking...

「Just passing through, everything was clean and there was a good amount of space in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed on the highest floor and the room was nice and quiet.」
