「Everything was clean the staff was so nice hot tub was the most relaxing thing and the pool was really nice」

「My wife and I wanted a simple “Crash pad” that wasn’t real expensive and didn’t offer a bunch of amenities like pool, exercise room and free breakfast. The Chalet is a rather retro “Roadside motel” and it suited what we were looking for perfectly. The buildings are pretty old, but they are well preserved. Everything worked well… the AC, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, plumbing all worked! The ice machine was a bit of a dinosaur, but it made plenty of ice… The bed was comfy, the maid...

「The best part was meeting Nazyra the front desk clerk. She was sweetest ever. The hotel is showing its age with a creak in stepping into bathtub/shower floor and a bent towel rack. But it was convenient to Mequon. Continental breakfast was adequate; covers for coffee cups would’ve been nice as I spilled going to my car.」

「I have stayed here several times over the years bicycling up north. This the Belgium Inn is falling apart. The room I had the bathroom faucet barely had any water flowing. It took 41 seconds to fill a 9 oz cup. I used the bathtub to wash my hands. They also overcharged me but when I showed them the price on Expedia they refunded the difference.」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」
