「I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.」

「Room smells like dead rats, hair and dirt all over the floor. They don't sweep or mop. Bed is uncomfortable, bathroom smells like pee. The lights flicker on and off all night. A lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot at 2 am. No iron or ironing board. They make you pay extra for linen. Horrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel is it has hot water and the toilet flush.」

「Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee.
