「The room had a tub that was disgusting. Instead of resolving the staff commented the housekeeping was gone for the day and it was probably the "pipes". Service - we were 9 minutes early for dinner on the Castle and they refused to seat us so we stood there until 6:30. There were plenty of empty tables! Our server was gone most of the meal and I had to get another server to find her. Front desk personnel were dismissive and rude. Not a good overall experience and I would no lat recommend this...

「Run down, hardly any staff. My toilet was filthy and unflushed when we arrived. The front desk said Maintenence had already gone home and he didn’t know what to do so I found the supply closet, a few cleaning supplies, and cleaned it myself. Pool was advertised but there was only a hot tub that wasn’t hot. Terrible breakfast- microwaved eggs and sausage. One toaster and one waffles maker for a fully booked hotel. The walls and floors were dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Laundry worked well, we...

「Beautiful Victorian home very close to town. We did not have breakfast but fresh homemade cookies were left out for guests to enjoy and they were the best I've ever eaten! Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. 」
