「It’s a great place to stay downtown Detroit. Only $35 parking. The vallet and service counter staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in the perfect spot where you can walk to any stadium or theater. Room are very spacious, clean, and comfortable we are definitely going to stay here again!」

「Sonder was in a great location for walking to places downtown. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. Unfortunately, Sonder put a FedEx address for picking up mail that didn’t exist and it cost me quite a bit of time and money to pick up my mail in a timely manner which was sent outside of Detroit. This is clearly their mistake and I feel they should compensate me for their error. Have a nice stay…just don’t ever need anything to be sent to you.」

「First thing I smelled walking into the room was a pleasant smell of cleaning products. Rooms are in good condition with a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was available w/ the standard hot breakfast bar and waffle iron. The tables at the breakfast area are dated and worn. This space lacks outlets to charge your laptop or phone. We did finally find one outlet against the outside wall. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Staff appeared professional, friendly and helpful...

「优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。 缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。」

「It was a great stay...the only complaints is that the pillows could be upgraded..and maybe figure out the issue with the cable as the cable kept going out saying error no signal. Other that the room was clean and comfortable..shower was hot. Definitely will come back!!」

「It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Had a bar that was actually open ( other hotels were understaffed so they closed bars). Snacks and drinks available in the lobby was handy.」

「One of the blinds didn't go all the was down and when we told staff about it, they fixed it right away. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. 」
