「Helpful staff and extras for the restaurant」

「When I checked in the lady at the desk was super friendly and gave us our room keys promptly. The only challenge I had was that amount billed to me by Expedia was $58 more than the cost on the check in receipt. I tried using the customer service on the app and he tried to help, but when I sent the billing receipt to him he said he couldn’t open the attachment that it needed to be less than 2mb in size. I went down to the front desk and the sweet lady googled it on how to reduce my memory size...

「The hotel was much darker than the ads for it made it appear. It was very dusty smelling throughout the hotel, and there was dirt all around the edges of most places, including in our room. The faucet in our room was broken and would spin round in circles in the same direction and turn both on and off, going from no water to full force, splashing everywhere. One front desk worker (a woman) was nice and personable, but one of the men working the desk, the one who checked us in, barely...

「Waited 2 hour for checking in. They ask for everything, even your credit card address, vehicle model, and make copies of your passport. Stay away!」

「It was dirty and misrepresented. It was a guest house, the owner was outside in the morning so we couldn’t even suntan like we wanted. No amenities, the house was so cluttered we had to put everything in a closet to be able to have somewhere to put our suitcases. There was cheese on a cheese grater in the utensil drawer and the handheld blender was dirty and had been used. It was the most dissappointing stay my family and I have experienced. Not worth the price AT ALL. If I hadn’t had paid...
