I forgot to contact owner to make check in arrangements, as specified in the booking notes. However, when we arrived an hour early and asked for a recommendation of where to eat while we wait to check in, he gave me the key then and there. Easiest check in I've ever experienced! Room was clean and well maintained. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Simple, clean and just what we needed. Also enjoyed delicious food at Grandma's. If it is busy, be patient and have a sense of humor. It'll be worth it.

The owner operator also runs Grsndma’s restaurant, a short walk down main street from the motel. A functional and comfortable place owned and operated by a super helpful guy who is also a great chef!

This is a place to sleep for truckers or transient workers, bare bones but once you accept that it is clean, the beds are fine and the water is hot. Perfect for a solo traveler but wives may not be as enthusiastic. To quote my lady "never again". I would stay there again but I like tent camping and her response to that is the same.

Cozy is a perfect name for this motel. It is a gem in a remote, practically a ghost town, area. The owner was very friendly and our small, clean room was perfect. Think fifties motel in the mountains to step back into another time. An additional bonus was the deer who came down to feed across the street each evening. Enjoy a meal at Grandma’s operated by the owner of Cozy Mountain just up the street.

The room was cozy. Outdated, but super clean and well maintained. The room fit the vibe of the town. Not much available in the town. Plan to bring your own food. The room has a nice size fridge/freezer combo and microwave. Great place to stay for a couple nights.

I've stayed here a couple times in past while traveling through. Each time was comfy and restful, for a one night stay. You can tell they put effort in to making the place an inviting and family vibe kind of place.

Good little Motel on our stop between Bend Oregon and Mesquite Nevada. Austin is a unique living Ghost Town with not a lot going on but it is a fun stop. Very clean room with a comfortable queen bed. Room was small but had a small fridge, microwave and an air conditioner.
