「While the property was great, please DO NoT use the Alamho car rental service. They gave us a wrong key code over the phone instead of texting it since we reached after hours . And now they aren't even willing to pay the out of pocket expenses fully which amounted arount $500」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...
