"Whilst the staff were OK, really this was a miserable stay for us. The power failed in our 2bed room 5 times over 2 days. The shower was broken, no shampoo, aircon unit squealed, door didn’t lock properly/safely, no water pressure, plastic garbage inside a Caesar salad, staff families getting drunk around eating area and pool leaving rubbish strewn until mid morning. Just not what I would expect after paying Au$300 per night."
