「This was an amazing property with lovely, patient staff, and owners who had an answer for each of the (many, many) questions we had. The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric. Next time -maybe- we'll consider rafting from the airport 😉」

「This property is a doorway to nature's paradise. Being set in jungle with an open living theme there is nothing to not love about Congo bongo. The cry of howler monkeys at 4am followed by the jungle waking up to the evening cry of the toucan nature is all around. The ambience is complimented by the warmth and friendliness of the people who call this place home.」

「This has been on of our favorite hotels we have visited in Costa Rica. Absolutely beautiful, from the design to cleanliness.. in the middle of the woods, close to the beach, such a nature picturesque place. The service was also amazing as well as the breakfast that was included in the price. The only thing was that there was no hot water. This was a bit inconvenient but all in all an amazing stay!」

「The staff was very friendly, able to answer questions and constantly cleaning. The area is walkable to the main strip in Puerto Viejo. My friend and I were concerned before we arrived because questions about a shuttle took over a week for a response, but everything was fine once we got there. There was a power outage in town for about 4 hours. There was no backup generator, but we were still able to get breakfast.」

「Amazing little hotel across the street from the beach. Fantastic restaurant, coffee shop/deli right on the beach as well. Sloths in the trees, birds, super nice for such a small and remote town.」

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr schön und idyllisch, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Umgebung ruhig und schön. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Wir konnten sogar zwei Faultiere vom Hotel aus an mehreren Tagen beobachten :-)」

「Lovely resort tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. You wouldn’t even know it’s there. Need to have coffee makers in the rooms along with access to communal water and ice. For the price, it was expensive.」
