「Absolutely wonderful experience in the Poconos! The room was so comfortable & well done! I only wish we could have stayed more nights!」

「Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. I would have liked to have known...

「Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. That clerk has the customer service skills of brick wall. She was not hospitable at all, and certainly not an asset for your hotel. Her name is TT. She was relieved at 3:00 pm.」
