「Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable.」

「The room and property were super clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of food and shopping within minutes of the property. Will definitely stay again.」

「Very clean room, quite comfortable king bed, day manager on her own moved us from upstairs room to downstairs after I told her of my wife’s health issues, very thoughtful!!」

「Room had ants crawling all over the room, bed and bathroom. Called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone and no one came to do anything about. Never apologized for the inconvenience this caused」

「The pool was closed for cleaning kids n I was upset about that the second day we stayed but otherwise it was nice and u can wash ur lundary for free there great deal !!!」

「Both the ventilation and sink had bad odors. I ran the heater warmer than normal and it began clearing up. I don't know if it was the water or something in the sink trap that caused the odor.」
