「The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well. You are close to both of the malls in the area so shopping for groceries was convenient. Parque la Carolina is amazing and I always stay around it. 「The apartment was very clean and it was located in a nice area of town. There was a 24/7 security at the building also. In the morning we were able to see Cotopaxi from the balcony. Highly recommend! 」
