「Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. 「The property was great. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff helpful and the coffee excellent. However, I had to make my own reservation with the hotel when I arrived for the night I wanted. My experience with the Expedia App was very unsatisfactory. Somehow the Expedia App reserved the night after the date I wanted. I was trying to change it when the app sent the reservation through anyway. I tried the Chat feature on the App twice and lost the connection twice. ...

「Was a great day. The only problem was the toilet. You would have to hold down the handle the whole time for it to flush, but everything else was good.」

「On arrival at noon we reported that wind was blowing trash from a full can outside the main entrance. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, we had to wait until 2:15 for housekeeping to make our king-bed reservation room available. I was flabbergasted that you didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. You could have issued a coupon at next door Cracker Barrel. The room itself was excellent.」
