"The images of the property when i booked was nice, but actually getting to the property its not worth the money, its run down, the room is old, the breakfast is the same everyday, the pool need to be clean at the bottom, there was no water from an entire day, had to use buckets to flush the toilets, could not shower"

"Resort is very nice with a great location and the center pool is a highlight. Service, while very friendly is very slow. We had to wait 45mins past check-in time to get into our room (3pm check-in) and there were multiple instances where we would be waiting for a bartender or waiter to attend to us. We were on island time, not rushing, but there was an instance where I was the only person at the bar and the bartender let me wait 20 mins so he could finish a conversation with a colleague. ...

"The room was huge! Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep."

"This was a very beautiful property, felt very authentic and well kept. The front desk lady (Kincy) was spectacular, she was very helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond to satisfy the customers with a very welcoming attitude. The cleaning ladies and waiters were also very nice and professional but warm. I would definitely recommend this establishment. The location is a bit remote but with a car nothing is really far. It is nice and quiet! "

"I seldom write travel reviews...its not in my dna...however....this property is worthy of the 5 stars. It is a relatively new construct. Everything is modern, impeccibly clean and works! The complex is safe as it is gated not that we ever felt unsafe. The hub of Anse Mitan tourist area is an easy walk but this property is far enough away from the action to be quiet. You will only hear the forest sounds at night with the huge glass sliding door open to the patio. The managers Max and Vincian do...
