「Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken 」

「The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. 」

「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」

「Tout était parfait! La chambre supérieure est superbe avec en prime la petite terrasse privatisée au top. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bien varié et bon. La piscine superbe avec un bar dans la piscine juste magnifique. Des cocktails au top. Le dîner dans le restaurant le Pitaya juste exceptionnel. Le tout avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas...

「There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...
